A new way to find relief
TAADAS is excited to partner with award-winning composer Chris Boardman and Nashville-based CBMG Enterprises to introduce a new self-care method that supports those in recovery through the power of music.
Introducing a new coping skill!
We’re helping CBMG Enterprises test and promote a program called “The Missing Link.” It’s an online experiential learning program of affirmation and recovery support. The Missing Link focuses on music, breathing exercises, and movement to help you recognize symptoms before they require traditional treatment.
It helps people who have experienced trauma that might be blocking their road to recovery.
The Missing Link will provide suggestions and activities to enhance your recovery journey.
This program is available to people in recovery in Tennessee from the TAADAS website free of charge.
Music is your superpower!
- What would you think if I told you that you can control your anxiety and depression?
- Did you know that when you listen to music, your body AND your emotions are affected?
- Ever wonder why taking a deep breath calms you down?
- Why is it that athletes always repeat a pre-shot routine before they perform?
Hard to believe - but you can harness these superpowers!
"As a trauma survivor and PTSD sufferer, I felt compelled to use my talents and experience to help those who have no voice, who have few avenues and resources to cope. After extensive research, I've discovered that it IS possible to deal with the onset of anxiety and depression using music, breathing, and movement.
Based on decades of experience backed by science, The Missing Link offers an organic method to help you lessen the fear and isolation that accompanies anxiety and depression.
I urge you to give it a try. It's free...and best of all: you can personalize the exercises."
Chris Boardman
creator of The Missing Link

I know of few others who have "been there, done that" as well as Chris has over the years. His willingness to share his experiences with future generations is a gift that few can give.
Quincy Jones

Professor Boardman's professional reputation is indeed legendary. Not surprisingly, Professor Boardman successfully brought his integrity, commitment to excellence, and innovative thinking to his role as program director at The Frost School of Music at The University of Miami. I recommend Professor Boardman without reservation.

The Missing Link provides a powerful voice for trauma survivors, especially for those who do not have words to describe what they are feeling. The Missing Link does such an amazing job of touching into the deep, painful, and confusing emotions of PTSD, but it also plants the seed of hope and the belief that healing is possible.
